Drilling since 1986 and Specializing in Limited Access pier drilling S & W Foundation Contractors has tackled some of the toughest commercial projects. Our newest rig added to our fleet in 2009 is only 4.5 ft. wide, drills in 9ft of headroom and can drill to depths of 50 ft. We can perform a wide range of services:

• Pressure Grouting
• Engineered Design/Build
In 2008 S & W Foundation completed an excavation and pier replacement project under an existing hotel. We replaced and installed 300 new piers to support the building while the hotel was still in operation and accepting guests. See article below.
